Cancellation & Deposit Policy

We know life gets busy, and we truly appreciate you choosing us for your wellness needs.

To help us provide the best care for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy:

a $50 deposit (Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment to secure your appointment.
This deposit will go toward your total service cost.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, the $50 deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance will have the deposit credited toward your rescheduled visit.
No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be required to pre-pay for future appointments.

26-50 Miles: $1/mile (only charge for one way)

50+: Please call or text for a custom mileage quote!

Starting from Delphos, KS

For parties of 5 or more at one location:

The mileage fee for the first 50 miles will be waived for your group
51+ miles one-way: Call for a custom quote!
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your group appointment.
- This deposit goes toward your total services
- If the group cancels within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
